The Association Nationale France-Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Cultural Centre and in collaboration with publishers Albin Michel, present an exceptional evening with Canadian writer Joseph Boyden on the occasion of the publication by Albin Michel of Dans le grand cercle du monde (trans. Michel Lederer), the French translation of his latest novel, The Orenda. The novel was a huge success in Canada where it was hailed as a masterpiece and considered one of the best books of 2013.
This event will be presented by Francis Geffard, bookseller, founder of the bookstore Millepages in Vincennes and editor of the Terres d’Amérique series published by Albin Michel, who will also act as an interpreter.
