Auguste Quartet

For the Jazzycolors festival, one of the unmissable events of the FICEP (Forum des instituts culturels étrangers à Paris), the Canadian Cultural Centre welcomes the Canadian group Auguste Quartet on November 18 at 8 p.m.

For this concert, we will have the pleasure of seeing on stage Mario Allard (alto and soprano saxophone), Marie-Fatima Rudolf (piano and compositions), Alain Bédard (double bass) and Michel Lambert (drums).

For twenty years, the group has been traveling around the world, particularly in France and Canada, to present a very personal jazz. A celebration of life, movement, and musical exploration.

The Auguste Quartet is currently preparing their new opus entitled “Particules Sonores”.

We will also be marking the 25th anniversary of the Effendi label.
