The Canadian Cultural Centre website authorises the creation of a hypertext link to its content, or one of its elements, provided that the deep linking technique is not used and the source is mentioned. However, no authorisation is given to internet sites disseminating information that is an affront to human dignity, public order and public morality.

This authorisation does not apply to Internet sites that disseminate information […] of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature or that, in general, may be deemed offensive to the general public or […] against public order.

The  www.canada-culture.org website includes links to other third party websites, particularly official websites (institutions, organisations) but also to those of corporate partners or associations. Although these web addresses are verified regularly, they are in no way related to the official public website www.canada-culture.org.

The Canadian Cultural Centre is not responsible for the content of such other sites and shall not be liable for any damage or injury arising there from.

The personal data of Users is likely to be collected as they browse the www.canada-culture.org.

Similarly, the content of all emails sent to Canadian Cultural Centre and the corresponding email address used to reply with additional information, are likely to be conserved.
