Les Rencontres chorégraphiques internationales de Seine Saint-Denis
May 04th, 2012 - June 02nd, 2012
May 4-June 2, Espace 1789, Saint-Ouen / Nouveau Théâtre, Montreuil
This year again, the best in Canadian contemporary dance is featured in Seine-Saint-Denis: twenty hears after the premiere of the solo work “Bras de plomb”, a collaboration with visual artist Betty Goodwin, choreographer and dancer Paul-André Fortier chose to transmit this work to dancer Simon Courchel who performs this fascinating, subtle and complex dance, a profound reflection on the human condition. For another event, choreographer Benoît Lachambre and musician and dancer Clara Furey have joined forces for the project “Chutes Incandescentes” profoundly marked by their mutual fascination with Asian mythologies.
