Trio Odyssée, composed of musicians from the Quatuor Odyssée – François Pineau-Benois (violin), Audrey Sproule (violin) and Raphaël Moraly (cello) – invites you on a musical journey through the ages and styles. The programme combines the classical music of the great masters and contemporary creation: Mozart, Boccherini, Borodin, Dvořák, and the daring work of Canadian composer Andrew Staniland.
Trained in Paris, Trio Odyssée stands out for its innovative approach, combining masterpieces from the repertoire with modern works, with a desire for openness and artistic dialogue.The musicians, all winners of international competitions, perform on the world’s greatest stages and are involved in creative projects to broaden access to classical music. Supported by the City of Paris and the Maison de la Musique Contemporaine, the ensemble is committed to making classical music accessible to all.
Born in Saskatchewan, Audrey Sproule is the Canadian member of the group. She brings to Trio Odyssée a unique sensibility and an international background, marked by prestigious collaborations and a strong commitment to music education.
