Within the framework of the Quinzaine des Fiertés LGBT (June 9th to 29th, 2017), the Embassy of Canada in France and the Inter-LGBT will host a roundtable on defending the rights LGBTQ2 people against discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Activists from Canada and from other countries will share their experiences, discuss the challenges they face and identify measures which can be implemented to address these challenges, at the national and international level.
This event will take place on the eve of the Embassy’s participation in the LGBT Pride Parade in Paris, on June 24th, 2017.
