Rencontres Chorégraphiques Internationales de Seine-Saint-Denis
May 14th, 2013 - June 13th, 2013
An artistically committed festival of contemporary dance, Les Rencontres Chorégraphiques Internationales de Seine-Saint-Denis will be presenting, from May 14 to June 13, 2013, a panorama of twenty-three remarkable choreographic works from around the world.
These include works by two Quebec choreographers: Frédérick Gravel, a multidisciplinary artist who will be paying tribute to pop culture in Usually Beauty Fails, and Daniel Léveillé, who is also the artistic director of his own company, Daniel Léveillé Danse. At the top of his game in Solitudes Solos, he returns to the essence of dance in its most stripped-down form.
