After staging spectacular productions (The Dragons’ TrilogyPlaying Cards and collaborations with the Cirque du Soleil), Robert Lepage is back with a “one-man show” exploring the mechanisms of memory. Although personal memories are evoked, 887 is not an autobiographical tale.

Anecdote gets caught up in more general historical considerations. 1960s. Quebec City. 887 Murray Avenue. In this building, the mirror of a society on the brink of major upheavals, young Robert discovers theatre through the games invented by his sister.
