Alexandre Poulin grew up in a family in which music was very important. At the age of eight, he played his first chords and at the age of ten, he wrote his own songs. After his studies, he travelled to Costa Rica, coming back with a vast number of songs.
His first album was released in 2008 and received rave reviews. His second album, Une lumière allumée, which he coproduced with Eric Goulet, came out in 2010.
This self-taught artist does not read music, but plays by ear and is inspired by his many travels.
