Exhibition « Esprit Mine » at the Centre Historique de Lewarde, until December 31.
The exhibition combines twenty contemporary artists who are working more or less consciously about the mining culture, the coal or the memory of the mine. It collects more than hundreds of works from the painting to the drawing, from the photo to the video and from installation to the performance. It presents creations in situ of works of the Quebecois artist André Fournelle.
