“Low taxes : time bomb? by a Canadian fiscal expert”

Brigitte Alepin, Harvard expert on fiscal matters, will discuss with Sophie Fay of the Nouvel Observateur on the looming fiscal crisis. Brigitte Alepin is an Harvard graduate and a specialist in fiscal policies, environmental taxation and public finances. She is the author of “Ces riches qui ne paient pas d’impôt” (The Wealthy Who Don’t Pay Tax) (2004) and “La crise fiscale qui vient” (The Coming Fiscal Crisis) (2011). She is recognized for her studies in fiscal equity, energy and environmental taxation and the healthcare system. She was also a columnist at the Journal de Québec and CA Magazine
