✨ On November 29, we invite you to an afternoon full of enchantment, taking the whole family on a journey to Canada’s Far North!

💬 🐋 ❄️ At 2.30pm, join us to enjoy “The Blue Eye of the Whale”: a show of traditional Inuit tales by Nathalie Krajcik, about sharing, temperance, laughter and beliefs.

Qaunak, the grandmother, takes us on a journey through tales of the whale’s dream, the quest of the orphan Tilili, the pranks of the Chabotte, fishing and hunting, knives and rituals, and the ice that opens up in spring… sometimes to turn into a trap!
The words of the Elder tell of the harsh but beautiful life of a people on the edge of the world. Here, patience, listening, humour, respect for others and for nature encourage humility: the wisdom of experience…

“The Blue Eye of the Whale” – ages 6 and up – 55 minutes
Narrated by Nathalie Krajcik. Directed by Anna Acerbis. Lighting design by Christelle Toussine. Created with the support and friendship of Sylvie Téveny and the Association Inuksuk / Espace Culturel Inuit de Paris.
