Lynne Hanson
Centre culturel canadien
May 27th, 2022
20:00 - 21:30
On May 27 at 8pm, Canadian singer, songwriter and author from Ottawa, Lynne Hanson will be our guest at the Canadian Cultural Centre for a concert at the crossroads of blues, folk and country.
Known for her energetic live performances and virtuoso guitar playing, Lynne Hanson engages audiences with a healthy dose of humour, overwhelming charm and powerful vocals that reveal the poetry of her English lyrics.
In the 12 tracks of her latest album “Ice Cream in November” released in April 2022, Canadian singer Lynne Hanson pushes the influences of Americana music even further: from song to song, her style alternates between guitar-driven folk ballads and stormy country-rock tracks.
