Centre des Arts / Écritures Numériques d’Enghien-les-Bains

The exhibition “MACHines” gives pride of place to Canada and aims to bear witness to the diversity and abundance of the contemporary art of the country. Associated with “Elektra”, the international digital arts festival in Montreal, the Centre des Arts d’Enghien-les-Bains proposes a selection of artists from all over Canada whose work explores the ambiguous relationship between humanity and the technologies it devised. Discover the work of artists Amélie Brisson-Darveau, Steve Daniels, Nichola Feldman-Kiss, Adad Hannah, Simone Jones, Graeme Patterson, David Rokeby and Pavitra Wickramasinghe.

The Centre des Arts is a place for exhibitions, productions, residencies, reflection, mediation and dissemination that also specializes in digital writing and publishing and hybrid forms of art. The determinedly multidisciplinary programming of the Centre des Arts features the performing arts, the visual arts, cinema and design, and encourages encounters between French and international artists.
