The Champollion museum drags the visitor across the five continents, to the meeting of civilizations and their writings.
From July 9 till October 9 the museum presents the exhibition ” Mémoires indiennes ” and suggests to widen our apprehension of pictographic form’s writing. More than symbols, the pictography is the art of the memory of North American Indian societies. It plays a role of transmission of the individual and collective memories.
You can also discover the Indian culture through the various activities around the exhibition (workshops, guided tours, readings, conferences, movies etc.)
