Jeff Moran began playing with words and music in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, developing his own style halfway between American folk and chanson française. A rebellious poet, singer and composer, Moran got himself notice in France and the rest of Europe with his intimate, colourful stories sung in French or English. Moran’s latest album, Le silence des chiens, thrills us with its highly personal lyrics. An Académie Charles-Cros favourite in 2012.
