On the final day of the exhibition Crossed Histories – Gae Aulenti, Ada Louise Huxtable, Phyllis Lambert, on Architecture and the City, discover how architects Gae Aulenti and Phyllis Lambert and critic Ada Louise Huxtable are among the most influential figures in post-war architecture.

Pioneers in a largely male-dominated field at the time, and key players in the transition from modernism to postmodernism, they set out to conquer and shape public space.

Using archive images, drawings and photographs, this documentary exhibition highlights some of their emblematic achievements and interweaves their exceptional biographical trajectories to rethink the crucial role of women in the history of 20th-century architecture.
