Photodays
Launched in 2020, Photo Days aims to bring together all the venues and events related to photography and video in Paris during November, uniting institutions, galleries, fairs, an auction house, and a selection of carefully chosen private venues such as artists’ studios, darkrooms and collectors’ apartments, to offer visitors – whether professionals or enthusiasts – a total photographic immersion at a time when Paris becomes the world capital of photography.
With Photo Days, we move from historical photography to emerging French and international talent, from feminist activism to inner journeys, from documentary photography to fine art photography, via fashion, the nude and landscape, from a very real absurd world to a dreamlike poetic one. From group exhibitions to solo shows, from fairs to meetings, Photo Days takes you from one bank of the Seine to the other and guides you through Paris.
