Québec Édition, the international showcase for Quebec and Canadian French-language publications, invites you (stand U31) to discover a dynamic and multifaceted publishing industry, and a rich and diverse literature.
Under the honorary presidency of Dany Laferrière, the 2011 edition features about sixty publishers from Quebec, Acadia and the Canadian West (Manitoba), including Alire, Bouton d’Or Acadie, Les Écrits des Forges, Les Éditions de La Nouvelle Plume, Les Intouchables, Les Éditions des Plaines, Le Boréal, Les Éditions Hurtubise, Fides and Les Éditions du Blé, as well as fifty or so writers, including Marie-Claire Blais, Joël Des Rosiers, Marie-Célie Agnant, Claude Beausoleil, Madeleine Monette, Bruno Roy and Hubert Reeves.
