Salon Littéraire de Jean-Olivier

As part of Eté Solidaire 2012, the Maison des Associations du 7e and the association Eclairement present the 2ème Salon littéraire de Jean-Olivier on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, a literary salon showcasing writing and the world of chess.
The programme features a writing workshops and lecture-debates with Yves Vaillancourt (professor of philosophy at the Collège Ahuntsic, Montreal) on the chess player as the new Prometheus and Larry Steele (professor of French and Canadian literature at Mount Saint Vincent University) on the chess metaphor in Yves Vaillancourt’s La Source opale.
